INTRONIZATION AND BLESSING OF THE IMAGE OF SAN JUAN

Today Wednesday, the 27th, at 8 pm, the act of enthronement and blessing of the image of Saint John, Patron of the Association of Meigas, will be celebrated, which in past dates was given to this Entity.

The image of San Juan, which was for centuries Patron of La Coruña, will be exposed to worship in the Baptistery of the church of San Andrés and will be the image used by the Association of Meigas in the various events organized.

In the course of the religious function, the President of the Association of Meigas, Mª Concepción Astray, will make an offering before the image of the Saint.
