THE STORY OF THE PROMOTING COMMISSION IN THE ESCAPARATE OF THE LIBRERIA ARENAS

The prestigious Arenas bookstore, has mounted in its showcase of the Small Canton an allusion to the history of the Bonfire Promotion Commission that will be presented today, at 8 pm in the Culture Room of the Sporting Club Casino.

“The dream of our night in San Juan. History of the Promotion Commission of the Bonfires of San Juan”, of which José Eugenio Fernández Barallobre, one of the founders of the Commission, is the author, will be presented by the Mayor of La Coruña , Francisco Vázquez, and by the President of the Association of Meigas, Mª de la Concepción Astray.

The book is for sale at the Arenas Bookstore that was also in charge of its edition.
