THE GREATER MEIGA PRESENT THE OFFERING OF SOLITUDE

At 12.30 am, the “Meiga Mayor”, Ana Souto, accompanied by Meigas de Honor, Meigas de Honor Infantiles and Board of Directors of the Association of Meigas, attended the Mass in honor of Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, The Cofradia of which the Meigas are honorary brothers.

The traditional offering was presented by the Meiga Mayor, Ana Souto, who begged the Virgin to give protection to all the Coruñeses. Subsequently both the Meigas and the Vice President of the Association, Lucía Fonte, made a wreath at the foot of the sacred image.
