THE WITCH ENSIGN

In the photograph, taken during the Tribute to the Flag event, held on June 28, the Lieutenant Colonel of the Marine Corps, Arturo Suárez, appears to the Lieutenant Reservist of the Legal Corps, Mª Luisa Nova-Cisneros García, Meiga Mayor of the HOGUERAS-89.

This is the first act in which Luisa Novoa-Cisneros, wears the military uniform after her Flag Jura.
