BEATRIZ IGLESIAS RODRIGUEZ, MEIGA MAYOR HONORS

During the lunch offered to the Captain, Ramón Fernández Borra, his wife, Beatriz Iglesias Rodríguez, from Pontevedra, received the title of Honorary Major Meiga, granted in the past by the Association of Meigas de las Hogueras de San Juan.

The title was given to him by the 50 Meiga Mayor, Emma Cabezas.

The new Honorary Major Meiga had emotional words of thanks, pointing out that although “she had always been a Meiga, now she is officially one”.
