THE COMMEMORATIVE MASS WAS CELEBRATED

Father Carlos Jadraque presided, at eight o’clock yesterday afternoon, in the military church of San Andrrés, the Holy Commemorative Mass, in honor of San Juan, in memory of all the deceased from A Coruña.

The religious ceremony was attended by the Meiga Mayor, Candela Mosquera, accompanied by the Meigas de Honor and the Meigas de Honor Infantiles, as well as the President and Board of Directors of the Association de Meigas and the Promoting Commission of the Bonfires of San Juan.

This religious function was attended by the Delegate of Defense in Galicia, Colonel Antonio Bernal; Chief General of the XV Civil Guard Zone, Luis Rodríguez; the Colonel of the Northern Tercio of the Marine Infantry, José Sanz; the Chief Commissioner for Citizen Security, Miguel Ferrero; Popular Councilors Roberto Coira, Nazareth Cendán and Antonio Deus, and the President of the Port Authority, Martín Fernández, as well as friends and collaborators of the Association of Meigas.
