HAPPY KINGS MAGIC

Today is the night of Kings, the great night of illusion for millions of children and not so children of Spain that we wait, anxiously, the arrival of Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar, SS.MM. The Magi of the East.

At heart no matter what they leave us, whether it be much or little, since the important thing is that each and every one receive something on this magical night.

These three mysterious characters, each coming from a corner of the Earth, will visit us tonight on the way back to Bethlehem where they will worship the Child God offering gold, frankincense and myrrh.

Let us stop short of magicians of January and other czarandajas so far removed from our most intimate traditions and receive with illusion to the SS.MM. The Magi who come to give us faith and hope.

Hopefully, on a night like this, we will all be able to look with the eyes of the soul and return, for a moment, to recover our childlike naivety and with it look at life.
