The Delegate of the Xunta de Galicia in Madrid and Director of the Casa de Galicia in the Capital of Spain, José Ramón Onega López, has accepted the invitation to read the proclamation of the HOGUERAS-2016, during the course of the XLVI Festival of Aquelarre Poético to be celebrated next May 19.
