THE ASSOCIATION OF MEIGAS IN THE PROCESSION OF THE HOLY CHRIST OF CONSUELO

The Board of Directors of the Association of Meigas, headed by its President, Mª Concepción Astray, participated, in full, in the parade processional of the Santísimo Cristo del Buen Consuelo, who toured the streets of Coruña tonight.

The procession of the Cristo del Buen Consuelo is officially assigned by the Association of Meigas as Cofrade de Honor of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Soledad and the Holy Burial.

Before the beginning of the parade procession, the one who was Vice-President of the San Juan Hogueras Promotion Commission, Carlos Fernández, read a meaningful and emotional poem dedicated to the Christ of the Creeds.
