THE MEIGAS ATTENDED THE PROCESSION OF THE PIEDAD

The Meiga Mayor, Belén Ferreiro, and the Child Major, Alba Rodríguez, presided over the participation of the Meigas de Honor and Meigas de Honor Infantlles of the HOGUERAS-2016 in the Piedad procession organized by the Brotherhood of Our Lady of The Solitude and the Holy Burial, left the church of the Third Order, crossing the main streets of the Old City.

After the attendance of the children's Meigas to the procession of the Borriquilla, celebrated on the morning of last Sunday of Ramos, this night of Holy Tuesday was the first meeting of the Meigas 2016, headed by the Meiga Mayor, in the processions of the Week Santa Coruña.

Over the next few days, the biggest and children's Meigas, will participate in the different processions that will take to the streets in La Coruña.
