Aware of the resignation presented by the Mayor of our city, Carlos Negreira Souto, we wish to thank him publicly for the work done in order to promote the celebration of the CORUÑEZ HOGUERAS, helping to be declared, last year, Fiesta of International Tourist Interest And making the difficult decision that the day of San Juan was festive local.

Carlos Negreira was appointed in 2014 as Honorary President of the San Juan Bonanza Promoting Commission, imposing the Entity's Gold Medal, as former Lieutenant General Carlos Fernández Vallespín (1973) and Socialist mayors Francisco Vázquez Vázquez (2001) and Javier Losada de Azpiazu (2010).

In the photo, Carlos Negreira presents to Tania Pintor, Meiga Mayor 2015, to the President of the Xunta, Alberto Núñez Feijoo, in the presentation of the tourist offer of the city in FITUR 2015.

We wish Carlos Negreira every success in this new phase of his life and we thank him and our most sincere friendship.
