The photo picks up, in the foreground, Tania Pintor, the Meiga Mayor 2015 and after her, Belén Ferreiro, the Meiga Mayor 2016; Both symbolize that always of our Meigas, an always that was born a distant 23 of June of 1970 and that it does not have nor must never die.

In the Meigas is deposited the best and purest essence of San Juan Coruñés; They have been, are and will be the ones that contribute that imprint so special that only know how to give things to the beautiful woman of Coruña.
