TRIBUTE TO THE REAL FILANTROPIC EXPEDITION OF THE SMELL

After the offering before the image of Our Lady of Carmen, and after having posed for the Sixth, the Meigas-2019, they moved to the neighboring monument that recalls the Royal Philanthropic Expiry of the Smallpox, that left the port coruñés in 1803 to the front of the Dr. Balmis, saving thousands of human life thanks to the children of our city that took inoculated the smallpox vaccine.

After reading a review of this Royal expedition, the Meiga Mayor and the Children’s Meiga Mayor, placed two bouquets of flowers before the monument to this feat that stands on the hammer of El Parrote.
