At 9.00 pm today, day 17, Holy Wednesday, 50 Meiga Mayor, Emma Cabezas, and the Meiga Mayor Infantil, Ainhoa ​​Souto, accompanied by their Meigas de Honor, Children’s Medal of Honor and of Senior and Honor Megas from previous editions, will accompany the processional procession of the Holy Christ of Good Consuelo, which will depart from the Church of the Venerable Third Order (Plaza de Carlos I, s / n). / p>

The Board of Directors of the Meigas Association and the Organizing Committee of the HOGUERAS-2019 will also attend the procession.

The participation in this processional procession is due to the fact that the Meigas Association is the Cofrade de Honor of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Solitude and the Santo Entierro, organizer of the procession. < / p>

The cortege will feature its titular image, the Holy Christ of Good Comfort, popularly known in our city as the Christ of the Creeds who enjoys a lot of devotion among the people of Coruña and who will go Escorted, as is traditional, by National Police officers.
