A FULL THEATER, THE MEIGAS HONORED THE DANCE

With a Rosalía Castro Theater full to bursting, the Meigas Association of the San Juan Bonfires, honored in the afternoon of yesterday to the dance to the celebration of the XIV Contest of Dance of Night of Burning that, one more year, Did not count on any collaboration of the Town Hall of the tide who even had the nerve to demand payment of the rent of the theater, forgetting in the end socio-cultural pursuing this Contest.

The Schools and Ballets Dance Studio 10; Dance Group of the House of Andalusia; Mau-Loa Dance Center; Dance Steps; Ba.In.Ga; School of Ballet "Cinderella"; ACy D. Colexio Obradoiro; Danzade School; Dance group of the "Raquel Camacho" College; School dance group "Daughters of Christ the King"; Sadanza Dance School of the Society of Sada and School of Dance Carmen, were in charge of staging choreographies that touched all the styles of dance, from Spanish to classical, from modern to contemporary.

This year, the choreography was dedicated to the tourism phenomenon that celebrates its international year in 2017.

As a culmination to this brilliant show, the Meiga Mayor, Ana Souto, and the Baby Junior, Fraia Korsgaard delivered a souvenir to each School and Ballet for their passage through the Contest.

With this new edition, with a brilliant result, the Meigas Association emerges as the true promoter of such shows in our city, while the Tide Town Hall looks the other way.

A new success both from the artistic point of view, as well as organization and public assistance that has to be noted the Association of Meigas of the San Juan Bonfires.
