JUDGMENT

In past dates, the Commission Promoting the Bonfires of San Juan de La Coruña, received the Order 00238/2016 sent by the Commercial Court No. 1 of our city, which, after the corresponding background and legal basis , In its operative part agrees, inter alia, the following:

1º.- To declare the conclusion and file of the insolvency proceedings of the debtor Cultural and Sports Association Promoting Commission of the San Juan Bonfires.

2º.- To approve the presentation of accounts submitted by the insolvency administration.

3.- Notify the parties of the car.

4º.- Permanently archive the proceedings.

5 .- No appeal against the order.
