Mª LUISA NOVOA-CISNEROS GARCIA, PREGONERA OF THE PARTY OF THE POETICAL SOLSTICE

Ms. Luisa Novoa-Cisneros García, the Greater Mother of the HOGUERAS-1989 , has accepted the invitation of the Association of Meigas to read the Proclamation of the XXX Feast of Poetic Solstice, an act of exaltation of the Child Major and The Meigas de Honor Infantiles-2017, to be held on June 3, at the Auditorium of the Eusebio da Guarda Institute.
