STRESS OF "INVOCATION TO THE MEIGAS OF THE HOGUERAS"

In the first part of the XLVII Feast of the Poetic Aquelarre, an act of exaltation of the Meiga Mayor and the Meigas de Honor of the HOGUERAS-2017 , to be held on the 24th, at eight in the afternoon, at the Municipal Theater Rosalía Castro, will premiere the play "Invocation to the Meigas de los Hogueras", original of the Captain of the Military Music Corps Iván Rodríguez Armán, director of the Music Unit of the General Headquarters of the Operative Logistic Force who, under his direction, will premiere The new composition.

Also during the concert that will be offered by the aforementioned Music Unit will premiere the pasodoble "Meiga Mayor" by Emilio Iglesias, with arrangements for Band performed by Captain Rodríguez Armán. This composition will be interpreted by the Corals of Oleiros, Fonte do Souto and A Lembranza de Sada, directed by Luciano Lago Padín.

In this way, the Organizing Committee of the HOGUERAS offers a new musical composition to the cultural heritage of La Coruña.
