THE MEIGAS-2016 WILL ATTEND THE VOTE FUNCTION

As usual, but this year with much more reason, the Meiga Mayor and the Meiga Mayor Infantil, accompanied by the Meigas de Honor and the Meigas de Honor Infantiles, will attend, next Sunday, the 8th, the traditional Voting Function Which, since the sixteenth century, the city of La Coruña presents and renews before its Patroness the Virgin of the Rosary.

In a new departure of tone of this Mayor, who is not of all the Coruñeses, has stated that he will not attend this act, a tradition inveterate in our city, because it is a religious function.

Well, let's not pay the part of the salary that we pay religiously all the Coruñeses for which it refuses to govern and that we identify with our traditions, that would be the dignified and the decent.
