THE MEIGAS REMEMBERED THE DEAD CORUÑESES

As it is traditional the first day of June, the Meigas came, this afternoon, to the Coraza del Orzán, in front of the monument that perpetuates the memory of the National Police killed in service, to remind them and the rest of The Coruñeses who will not be able to enjoy a new night in San Juan this year.

The act, brief but moving, began with the prayer of a prayer led by the Chaplain of the Association of Meigas, Ismael Velo Pensado, concluding with an offering of flowers to the sea.

To this offering, in addition to the larger and infantile Meigas, attended the popular mayor Lucía Canabal and the socialist councilor Jose Manuel Dapena who, in union with the Meigas, threw flowers to the sea of ​​Riazor reminding all the deceased Coruñeses.
