THE TRIBUTE TO MARIA PITA

Finally, the City Council of the tide, has authorized the celebration of the traditional offering before the monument to Maria Pita within the events of the Day of Tribute to the Coruñesa Woman that we will celebrate the next day.

Consequently, the program of the Day is as follows:

18.30 h. Gardens of Méndez Núñez. Tribute to Emilia Pardo Bazán, Concepción Arenal, Teresa Herrera and Juana de Vega.

19.00 h. Canton Grande. Departure of the Meigas 2017 Comite.

19.15 h. Plaza de María Pita. Tribute to María Pita.

20.00 h. Distribution of flowers to the Coruñesas women.

20.00 h. Paseo del Parrote. Concert of the Band of Music of Padrón.
