THE UNUSUAL MOTION

Full of amazement and perplexity, we heard the popular mayor Rosa Gallego point out in the COPE that when yesterday she asked the Mayor of the tide what decision she was going to take in relation to the motion presented in the municipal Plenary, long ago, by the Popular Party And backed by the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party – the majority of votes in the consistory -, demanding that the Mayor and his government provide aid and collaboration to the Association of Meigas to carry out the program of the HOGUERAS-2016 , he replied, undeterred , Which it would not take into account, in fact that it was not going to take into account any of the motions presented and approved by the opposition. That is to say that in La Coruña – everyone calls his city as he wants, would lack more, or does someone rip their clothes because the most representative team in the city is called "La Coruña"? – would only be taken into account and governed according to the political postulates of the government group.

We do not understand then, as they used the votes of other political groups, present in the City Hall, to win the mayoralty when they were not even the most voted. For that operation if they served the majorities but then, for the daily chore, they are of no use.

Unfortunately, history is full of gestures like these; Groups or ideas that were made with the power by the vote of the majorities and in the end everything became a dictatorship of the worst style.
