It was no use asking them to rectify some of what was said, rather they ratified themselves in those insults assuming them as their own and as in Fuenteovejuna, all one.

During these months, the Meigas Association has had to listen to everything, both in the aforementioned municipal plenary and later in social networks and other forums. Their only crime, not thinking like them and not communing with their ideas, has been sufficient justification to degrade behavior and offend gratuitously people who had never offended or molested them.

Now they say that they tried to approach the Meigas Association to achieve a cordial entente. That is absolutely false. From the beginning they refused all possible understanding and a good proof of this is that last year, on June 23, the Meigas were no longer received in the City Hall despite the few days leading to the city.

It seems as if in their previous planning already they were marked like goal to load all the work of so many years; As if the Association of Meigas was its enemy to beat as were the Bulls, the Regional House Contest, the Festivals of the Rosary, Holy Week, the Role of the Vow or Corpus and therefore had to erase it with a stroke.

They never tried to reach agreement. Never. They gave longer and longer, as they continue to give, in order to avoid any possibility of reaction.
